We Love Our Tan

 Hi Friends,
How have you been? I come back to you today with this post, yet another Collaboration but a different one. In few of my previous posts I have mentioned about this Pretty Lady my Blogger friend Yuden @ _theblessedwardrobe. We have worked together with each other for a few of our previous posts, but always offscreen. So this time,with immense pleasure, here I introduce to you the Gorgeous, Chic and Sassy Yudenla from theblessedwardrobe8.blogspot.com 

The weather here in Doha is crazy these days. The ever so rising heat and humidity has had it's trail on us. Guess what !!......We got Tanned!!!

  

It is always so much fun to be around this girl. Her looks, her sense of humour and her sense of style, killer combination right? We had our moments while shooting this post which you must have already figured out from the pictures. We had been planning for a collab since a very long time now with different ideas and outfits, but somehow it never worked ofcourse because of our very busy and crazy schedules. So this time when we both had a day off from work, we just decided to come out without even planning our outfits or ideas and see what we can come up with. I think that worked. We both loved each others outfit and we  really complimented each other as we had our fall staples out from our closets already. Basically we had Fall in our minds.

I love her Camel Suede Pants(her fall staple) with the black tank top finished with a leopard print pair of heels and silver jewelries. Her styling game was on point. She looked uber chic and effortless.

I decided to wear my all time favourite bright yellow oversized cardigan(my fall staple) paired with a checkered print pencil skirt, a pair of nude pumps, a statement neck-piece and a striped messenger bag - my current obsession that I found in Korea in my recent visit.

Pleather Weather Part II

Happy Tuesday!!

How was your weekend guys? Today I will be continuing this post from last saturday's on how to style a pleather legging in five different ways. In the last post I had posted two looks and in this part there will be three looks. Hope you liked the previous ones.

Look# 3

For this look I paired my leggings with a teal coloured jumper. Teal is a colour created by mixing blue and green on a white base. Hence decided to put on a scarf that has blue accents on a white base added with yellow tassels. The base colours of teal in the scarf and the teal itself compliments each other, while the yellow tassels brightens up the whole outfit paired with the black pleather leggings, black boots and a nude coloured clutch (neutral colours). This outfit is perfect for a brunch or a lunch.

Look# 4

For the fourth look I just removed the Black Pleather Biker Jacket from the first look and added this batwing cardigan from the second look. It is really amazing how we can transform looks by just swapping an outerwear. From a Biker Chic look, this cardigan helped me to acheive a Glam Chic look for an evening out or a Girl's Night Out. I kept the whole look neutral with a pop of colour with my Red lips.

Look# 5

For the last look I decided to go the "Everyday Girly Look". Here I just worked on the upper part of my outfit. Instead of the top and the cardigan here I am wearing the same Flushed Pink Jumper worn here with a woven textured dark Teal Blazer. Also added a black Beanie to keep me extra warm. Changed the clutch to a multicoloured clutch with flush pink base so as to keep it connected with the jumper. The jumper has a round neckline and I have a round face. Hence to lengthen my face and neck I added this long chain with an animal print pendant.

Summer to Fall/Winter Part I - Layering

Hello Monday!!

Kolkata is now getting colder everyday these days. Even though I like winters more than summer, I am still in that phase where I kind of cant let go of my summer clothes. Hence I am trying to find out ways to fit them into the Fall / Winter wardrobe. From this post onward I will be doing a series of transitioning some Summer clothes to Fall/ Winter Looks.

For today's look I am wearing a dress, a cardigan and a scarf. Lets break this look down. I started with this very comfy black summer jersey dress. Threw this green, quarter sleeved light cardigan and pulled out my woollen scarf with olive green coloured details on it. I added this chunky brown belt to distinguish my structure and help me not loose my frame in all of these layering. It also helped me to add more details to my dress with a hint of feminine touch mainatining an hour glass figure.
